You can delete cookies from your computer at any given time and this is without personal consequences. The only effect may be that some features on the site may not work optimally or as intended. Data

1. General

This text deals with the data that we collect and process. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of May 25, 2018, as well as the Supplementary Data Protection Act, we are required to disclose that personal data we collect, why we do it, and what we use it for. Likewise, we are obligated to protect your data and your rights on your behalf, concerning privacy.

In the following text, we will, therefore, describe what data we collect and store, how it is stored, and for what purpose. The section is divided into a series of subsections, each dealing with a specific type of interaction you may have with us. It is important to keep in mind that you may have several different types of data stored with us and that they may not be stored in the same place or in the same way. Likewise, their use and treatment may vary. This is because we use different providers and platforms and that you can interact with several different. A technological development, called Clouding, helps to spread data. It will, therefore, be clear from each section what the purpose is and what procedures we have for the specific type of data, as well as the storage of these. To this end, it should be noted that it will need to spend some time giving a true and fair view of the personal data about you, for which we are responsible if you want to gain insight into these.

We are not responsible for how pages we link to in the site process and store your data, but in general, we trust that our partners use and process data properly. However, as mentioned, we are not liable for them. Exceptions to this would be a direct exchange of data, which will only take place with parties we trust, and we are responsible for these instances.

2 Website

Our website uses an online content management system (CMS), and its provider, Squarespace, collects and processes data about you. These are processed and stored according to Squarespace’s data and cookie policy, which can be seen here. We are responsible for the use of data, but Squarespace is the immediate processor of these. What we receive about you as a user, we, therefore, get from our facilitator Squarespace. This is via an agreement between us and Squarespace, and therefore we are still responsible for keeping your data safe.

It is possible to avoid logging your traffic. Learn how under section 2.1 of our cookie policy.

2.1 Purpose

In the long run, the purpose of collecting data about your use of the website is for us to be able to optimize the site, making it as good and easy to use as possible. For example, we use statistical data to get an overview of the impact of campaigns of Facebook (we do not get information on who is responding to such from Facebook) or newsletters. In addition, we collect data on how popular posts or concerts are. This is all done to optimizing our platform according to the behavior of our users. In other words, we do not use data collected for targeted campaigns and do not provide static information to external parties.

2.2 Collection and storage of data

When using our website, you accept that we use cookies to collect knowledge about your interaction with the site. At the same time, we collect some information about you, specifically about your geographical location, which browser you use, and which device you use to access the Internet. The data we get is strongly anonymized but does contain your IP address. This is a service provided by our website provider and data is therefore not stored on our servers, but on Squarespace in the US. Squarespace is required to comply with EU-US agreement and is certified as a secure data repository through Privacy Shield. You can find their certification here.

We also receive third party data, e.g. from Google, as agreed between you as a user and google itself. We treat these confidentially, and they do not contain information that can be traced back to you as an individual. Google and Squarespace store these following their policies on the topic.

2.3 Deletion of data

At your request, we can delete your data collected through our website. This is done after contacting our data processor, Squarespace, who is obliged to abide by the agreements concluded between the US and the EU.
